The yoga practice is for you throughout your life. It helps you understand your journey, develop a community and connect you to your soul.
While we do have formal "start dates" for each of the sessions, you can join at anytime is there is space in a class series. We do not "build" on the week before, we simply yoga.
The family is one of nature’s masterpieces.
The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.
