Prices do not include HST. Samatva Yoga Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Holds are allowed only on our Infinity Memberships ($25 admin fee). These memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 4 months per request. Introductory Offers One time offers valid for new + existing students only; can be purchased for friends/family new to Samatva. All Infinity Memberships are automatically renewed on termination date each month and must be cancelled by member or will be ongoing. No refunds for forgotten cancellation or no-practice months. Free cancellation as per your terms. Class Cards All class passes will expire 6 months from activation. Promotional Pricing Promotions busy quieter times in our studio schedules at specific times of the year. If you purchase a “sale/promotional” pass, please be sure to read. These passes typically expire in 3 months from purchase date but are subject to the terms outlined in the purchase at the time. Expiry Extension Program Our policy is that if you have a few leftover passes, we will carry them over if you buy a new pass. Example: you have one class left, you buy a ten class pass, we update it to show you now have 11 classes in total. This HAS to be done manually – the system doesn’t do it automatically. Please keep this in mind when you buy your class passes. All transfers must be done within 6 months of the original pass.  Following that, all passes will not qualify for moving. Schedule subject to change or cancellation without notice.
