Redemption begins when you have earned $20 in points. To be sure points are only applied to qualifying purchases, we now require email requests for all redemptions.
Rewards expire after 365 days and cannot be applied to gift cards as the end user must be the point holder. This program is a gift to our community — not a contractual right. To keep it simple and sustainable, we have a few firm rules.
REDEMPTION OF $REWARDS
If you would like to use your $REWARDS you must email [email protected] . For upcoming Infinity Membership payments, this must be at minimum 48 hours before your payment cycle is scheduled to process. You must redeem the full payment using your $REWARDS - no partial payments permitted or combinations of promotional rates and $REWARDS.YES — $REWARDS can be used for:
• Class passes & packages
• Events & programs
• Infinity Membership fees (request at least 48 hrs before your billing date)
NO — $REWARDS cannot be used for:
• Partial payments — points must cover 100% of the purchase
• Late cancel or no-show fees
• NSF or outstanding balances
• Merchandise or massage
• Combined with sales or promotional pricing
Points must cover the full cost of your purchase. No points + cash combinations. No exceptions.

• Am I requesting membership redemption 48+ hours ahead?
