About the Session
Everything one needs on the mat is held within the Surya Namaskars, the Sun Salutations. They are open tool boxes for our practice, not merely a warm up for a vigorous practice.
In this all level workshop we will learn how to set the pace within the breath for a balanced practice, how to lengthen the spine, open the hips, prepare for deep backbends and twists all within the Sun Salutations. We will explore the different Surya Namaskars and how to safely modify accordingly to our bodies, he proper breathing and how to find deep focus , all 9 or 17 breaths.
