Sound Healing Meditation
June 2 @ 700pm

About the Session

Sound Healings led by Mexican-Canadian artist, Yessica Rivera Belsham of Circle of Wellness. Yessica will be using some of her pure Quartz Crystal singing bowls, prehispanic instruments as well as soulful songs from the heart and across the world in various languages, including Nahuatl – one of many indigenous languages spoken in Mexico.

The pure sound of the crystal singing bowls, along with Yessica’s voice, resonates with the mind, body, and spirit by enhancing balance through vibration and aids in the travel of consciousness to altered states of awareness.

This Sound Healing Meditation events by Yessica have been stated to be a catalyst of empowerment, rejuvenation, relaxation, enhancement of creativity, reduction of stress, promotion of balance, self-healing, and a positive state of mind.
