About the Session
Celebrate Easter and “spring” back to your true self. Bring along your cushion, yoga mat and allow Sarah and Hang to take you through the day to connect to your inner peace, love and joy in beautiful West End studio.
9:30-10am Welcome Circle
10-10:30am: Introduction to Mindfulness. What is mindfulness and how to bring it into everyday life.
10:30am-12pm: Mindful Movement with Qi Gong, mindful walking, guided seated meditation & yoga.
12-12:30pm: Mindful Lunch
12:30-2pm: Deep Relaxation/Restorative Yoga
2-2:30pm: Dharma Sharing
This retreat is suitable for all levels and ages 11 and up.
Please bring a vegetarian lunch for mindful eating as a group and snacks for throughout the day.
