Come join me for a Fun and informative yoga class where we’ll learn how to effectively utilize resistance bands during our flow and add a new element of strength to our practice.
Using a resistance bands during our yoga practice is a great way to isolate and strengthen vital shoulder and hip stabilizing muscles that often don’t get enough attention with our yoga practice alone. Keeping our shoulders and hips happy so we have longevity in our yoga practice means we need to maintain not only mobility, but stability and balanced muscle strength too! Come join me!
ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS
Don't be intimidated by the word "master", this is a class for all students looking to deepen their understanding about the practice from a specific topic, or point of reference. There will be room for discussion and interaction if necessary depending on the scheduled style.

Meet Mandy McLeod
Yoga helps me to feel at home within myself. It allows me to feel open and calm and free from mental and physical constraints.
Mandy is a graduate of KLC college and works as a physiotherapy assistant. Mandy received her yoga certification in Hatha and Vinyasa in 2008 in Toronto under the guidance of teachers Kathryn Beet and Patricia White. She has taken advanced teacher trainings in therapeutic yoga with Kathryn Beet and Flow yoga with Bibi Hahn.
Mandy loves to collect cookbooks.
