This 90 minute Master Class will take you on a journey inside, as we flow through a Baptiste Power Yoga sequence. We will dive deeper into how the sequence impacts your mind, using it to challenge yourself on and off the mat to transform into your fullest potential and truest self – discovering what is already inside of you waiting to get out! You will leave this class with the confidence to follow your intuition and be in your own power, and with tools that will help you navigate situations where you may feel conflicted.
ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS
Don’t be intimidated by the word “master”, this is a class for all students looking to deepen their understanding about the practice from a specific topic, or point of reference. There will be room for discussion and interaction if necessary depending on the scheduled style.
