About the Session
Take your practice to new levels and learn how to do inversions, namely headstand and shoulder stand correctly and safely.
If practiced properly, inversions are meditative, calming and energizing.
Yoga anatomy will be covered to help you understand your body. Bring along questions pertaining to your personal practice and anatomy to this engaging workshop. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Yoga Teachers: This workshop counts towards 2 hours of Continued Education with Yoga Alliance.
