About the session
How often do you do drive somewhere and not remember how you got there? When talking to someone do you find your mind wandering?
With so many distractions surround us it is so hard to be presents and focused on right now. With practice we can cultivate greater self-awareness and uncover our unique abilities that make us who we are.
This workshop shows ways in which these abilities can be adapted into your daily life.
In this workshop you will learn and experience:
- Movement to activate physical awareness
- Pranayama exercise to connect to the breath
- Meditation to relieve wandering thoughts
- Listening exercises to encourage presence in conversations with others
After this workshop you will experience more mental clarity, be more attentive and more confident in your ability to be in the moment.
