Meditation allows us to separate from the chaos of our daily lives and find our way back home into our bodies and into the present moment, cultivating a deeper sense of calm, peacefulness and joy.
In this workshop, we will discuss the varying types of meditation practices, delving into their origins, their benefits and how with a dedicated practice, you can experience your life shifting in very subtle, or sometimes magnificent ways. This shifting can be felt in the physical, mental and emotional bodies, and we discover how to get out of our own way in order to reconnect more deeply on a soul level.
