Today: Live Yoga & Stop Worrying

Worrying is a way to avoid what is so by thinking about what could be.

LIVE YOGA: We all worry.  When we do, we are not really licing in the present.  Today, when you find yourself worrying, say this mantra: I notice that I am worrying now; I choose instead to be present.
