Hi Samatva Friends + Members,

Today (November 6th) is a special day for all of us at Samatva Yoga. We turn 11 years old. It seems just like yesterday that we opened our doors in Kingston West End community and now, in a blink, we are 11 years later.

Thank you all for choosing to lay your mat at our studio. It allows us all to teach and share what we love and hopefully inspire you to do the same!
Finding balance isn’t easy, being flexible isn’t easy, standing in your power, isn’t always easy…….what is easy, however, is loving the community that has been built facilitated by the over 40 current educators, advisors and EE staff that guide you each and every day………what is easy is waking with a smile and thinking about all of your beautiful faces committed to your practice be it daily or occasionally………what is easy is feeling the gratitude that I do every day for leading a life that has meaning to me and be able to have enjoyed the last 11 years so much!!!

So many faces have come and gone, so many educators have led thousands and thousands of classes, so many feelings and breaths, smiles and tears.
