Samatva Yoga Kingston has 4 yoga rooms across 2 locations in both the city's Downtown and West End. Each studio is equipped with props, rental mats, changerooms and massage facilities. We offer both hot and room temperature yoga at all locations as well as sell a wide array of yoga related items such as clothing, merchandise and beverages. We provide vinyasa, restorative, yin, detox, pre & post natal, power, basics, beginner yoga & more, and our quality yoga instructors are skilled at providing classes that are appropriate for all levels.We have a full time cleaning staff dedicated to insuring a healthy and clean environment.
