About the Session
Yoga is a powerful practice that can help relax and centre the mind and body. This workshop will include a prenatal yoga session, showing women how they can utilize specific yoga postures in pregnancy to bring a sense of calm and relaxation into the body. It will also discuss ways to continue one’s yoga practice in the postpartum period.
Nutrition and hormonal health are also vital when considering one’s wellbeing during the pregnancy and postpartum period. Join us in this workshop to learn about ways to deal with hormonal and nutritional imbalances for the prenatal and postpartum periods and to learn how nutrition can play an important role in maintaining one’s health during these periods.
