About the Workshop
Deep tissue release session for shoulders and neck, followed by an exploration of techniques to help sooth daily tension and STOP build before it starts. The two hour session integrates yin, restore, and peace yoga, mindfulness, relaxation, meditation, and roller ball techniques.
