Understanding the Vayus + Arm Balance Workshop

Required: Playfulness + a willing to fall.
We will explore arm balances such as bakasana, parsva bakasana, bhujapidasana, tittibasana, astavrakasana, eka pada galavasana, & eka pada koundinyasana I & II.
This workshop is ideal for students with some upper body & core strength, but little experience with arm balances. If you have seen some arm balances in classes & have been afraid to try but really want to, this is a great workshop for you. If you already have a good arm balance practice, this will just be fun for you! The workshop will include a strong, all-levels practice, and there will be plenty of time to explore, play & ask questions!
We will also explore the Vayus, or 5 winds, and how we can embody & apply them in our practice.

Meet Julie Bach
I completed my 200 hour yoga training with Shiva Rea in 2012, and have taken some additional trainings with her over the years . She remains the greatest influence on my yoga practice and teaching. I am a lifelong learner an I’m always taking various workshops yoga trainings, or online courses in fields including yoga, meditation, energy work and spirituality.
