About the Session
Resolve to create a year of meaning during this 2 hour yoga practice.
Starting our first yoga practice of the year with a slow mindful flow designed to honour and reflect on the past year. Cultivating some heat in our bodies while using twists to let go before slowing down to connect with our bodies through a loving and healing practice. We will end our New Year’s Day practice by solidifying our intention with yoga nidra and resolving to live a 2018 filled with purpose and love.
This practice is welcome to all levels.
