Stop. Breathe. Come back to the present moment. This one-day retreat will help you to calm down the thinking mind and come home to your body.
9:30-10am Welcome Circle & Introduction to Mindfulness 10-10:30am: Mindful Movement with Qi Gong & Mindful Walking 10:30am-12pm Gentle All-Level Yoga 12-12:30pm: Mindful Lunch 12:30-1pm Deep Relaxation 1-2:30pm: Restorative Yoga + Reiki
This retreat is suitable for all levels and ages 11 and up.
Please bring a vegetarian lunch for mindful eating as a group and snacks for throughout the day.
