About the Session
The family of arm balances may, after years of practice, still be a hard case to crack. As soon as we’re required to lift the feet from the safety of the floor, we’re pulled out of our comfort zone. We’re directly confronted with our own strengths and weaknesses—both physically and mentally. It’s hard to cheat in these positions, and for exactly that reason, we’re presented with the opportunity to learn a great deal about ourselves and our practice. Alongside foundations, this practice includes tips, tricks and new approaches to levity. Open to all levels except new beginners. This workshop includes asana, anatomy and theory.
