Pre-natal yoga offers a nurturing and safe experience for pregnant women that is designed to promote the health and well-being of both mother and child. Classes include postures, breathing exercises and contemplations specifically chosen to ease a woman’s body and mind through each stage of pregnancy and prepare it for child-birth, while allowing an opportunity to focus on and cherish the new life within.
Thank you for remembering that your class time is 1 hour. While we understand that the social aspect is amazing, keep it to a respectable length as the teacher needs to wait for each of you before they can leave. (Maximum 30 minutes post class time please)
