Momma Yoga Bootcamp Fusion
Combine the conscious breathing and mindfulness components of yoga with the more intense muscle burn of interval training in our Yoga Bootcamp Fusion styled practice.
Be prepared to sweat and increase your heart rate, while having the basis of the practice revolving around yoga.
You are welcome to bring your babies or toddlers (up to 24 months). The children will be sharing the space with us, tucked in the corner to daydream, play or sleep. They can also be used as additional weight in your lunges or planks, should they wish to be involved or held.
Thank you for remembering that your class time is 1 hour. While we understand your little one needs a feeding/changing and that the social aspect is amazing, keep it to a respectable length as the teacher needs to wait for each of you before they can leave. (Maximum 30 minutes post class time please)
