Pre-natal yoga offers a nurturing and safe experience for pregnant women that is designed to promote the health and well-being of both mother and child. Classes include postures, breathing exercises and contemplations specifically chosen to ease a woman’s body and mind through each stage of pregnancy and prepare it for child-birth, while allowing an opportunity to focus on and cherish the new life within.

Reconnect with body, mind, and spirit post-birth, nurture a healthy bond with your baby, and connect with a community of new parent. Infant massage, yoga asanas that include your baby and deep relaxation to help you strengthen, balance, and restore. Dads and babies welcome, too!
Momma Yoga Bootcamp Fusion
drop-in weekly | starts april 18
Combine the conscious breathing and mindfulness components of yoga with the more intense muscle burn of interval training in our Yoga Bootcamp Fusion styled practice. Be prepared to sweat and increase your heart rate, while having the basis of the practice revolving around yoga.
$5 Kids Yoga | ages 4-8
drop-in weekly + $10 parent practice
Kids yoga brings the hatha yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation practices together with kids imagination. In any given kids yoga class we could be pretending to be the plants and animals that live in the jungle, or exploring the ocean blue, making our way through a yoga obstacle course, playing yoga games, colouring a mandala or doing a metta (loving kindness) meditation.
$7 Teens Yoga
drop-in anytime | highschool age
We are happy to invite all high school aged teens to enjoy a $7 drop-in to our regular scheduled classes. Parent/guardian must sign liability waiver in studio before attending first class (under 16). Future classes will not be necessary once we have it on file). Must be 14 to attend hot yoga classes. Adult accompaniment not necessary.
