About the Session
Stop. Breathe. Come back to the present moment. This one-day retreat will help you to calm down the thinking mind and come home to your body.
9:30-10am Welcome Circle
10-10:30am: Introduction to Mindfulness. What is mindfulness and how to bring it into everyday life.
10:30am-12pm: Mindful Movement with Qi Gong, mindful walking, guided seated meditation & yoga.
12-12:30pm: Mindful Lunch
12:30-2pm: Deep Relaxation/Restorative Yoga
2-2:30pm: Dharma Sharing
This retreat is suitable for all levels and ages 11 and up.
Please bring a vegetarian lunch for mindful eating as a group and snacks for throughout the day.
