HOW I HAVE FUN OFF MY MAT:
When she is off her mat she has fun being outdoors in nature and spending time with her family and friends.
WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE:
The one thing she knows for sure is that yoga will open your mind, release your body, and free your soul.

She is committed to creating a safe, and loving space to help you heal and grow, as you are moved mindfully and smoothly from posture to posture. You will still be thinking about and enjoying it as you head home.
WHAT I SHARE IN MY TEACHING:
Justine shares in her teaching a thoughtful combination of yogic philosophy, creative, yet challenging flows and thoughtful adjustments, with some relaxing meditation weaved in. This will have you consistently leaving her class with a smile on your face, and a feeling of internal bliss.
EDUCATION / OTHER CERTIFICATIONS:
She has been teaching at Samatva for five years, has her 200 hr ytt certificate, reiki level one, and is currently studying and practicing reflexology.
